An authorised officer who reasonably believes that a person has committed an offence against this Act and that a registered disability worker may be able to give information about the offence, may require, by written notice given to that disability worker, the disability worker—
(a) to give information to the authorised officer within a reasonable time and in a reasonable way as specified in the notice; or
(b) to attend before the authorised officer at a stated time and a stated place to answer questions or produce documents.
