DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 224

An authorised officer may enter a premises if—

        (a)     its occupier consents to the entry of the premises; or

        (b)     it is a public place and the entry is made when the place is open to the public; or

        (c)     the entry is authorised by a warrant.
