DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 236

A person who gives information or evidence, or produces a document or thing, to an authorised officer under this Act has the same protection and immunity as a witness has in a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
