Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Commission may employ any person who is necessary to enable Commission or the Commissioner to perform a function or a power under this or any other Act.
(2) The Commission may engage a person with suitable qualifications or experience to assist the Commission or the Commissioner in the performance of the Commission's or the Commissioner's functions and powers under this or any other Act.
