DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 274

The following persons may bring a proceeding for an offence against this Act or the regulations—

        (a)     the Commissioner;

        (b)     a person appointed to act as the Commissioner under section 29 ;

        (c)     a police officer;

        (d)     any person employed by the Commission who is authorised by the Commission to bring a proceeding.
