DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 309

After section 511(1)(h) of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 insert —

    "(ha)     prescribing details to be included in an information statement under section 498D;

        (hb)     prescribing a standard form of SDA residency agreement;

        (hc)     prescribing a person or body to which a matter relating to an SDA enrolled dwelling may be referred;

        (hd)     prescribing a body for the purposes of section 505C(4);".
