DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 56

As soon as practicable after the completion of a conciliation, the Commission must provide written notice to the parties that specifies—

        (a)     the date on which the conciliation ceased; and

        (b)     the outcome of the conciliation.
