Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) This Part applies to—
(a) a registered disability worker; and
(b) a person who was, but is no longer, registered under this Act if the relevant behaviour which is the subject of the complaint, notification or other action referred to in this Part occurred while the person was registered under this Act.
(2) A reference in this Part to a registered disability worker is taken to refer to—
(a) a registered disability worker as defined in section 3; and
(b) a person to whom this Part applies by virtue of subsection (1).
