DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 81

    (1)     The Board must give an identity card to a person appointed as an investigator.

    (2)     The identity card must—

        (a)     contain a recent photograph of the investigator; and

        (b)     be signed by the investigator; and

        (c)     identify the person as an investigator appointed by the Board.
