Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In addition to the functions, powers and duties that are set out in this Division and are specified in the investigator's appointment, an investigator—
(a) has the powers of authorised officers that are set out in Division 2 of Part 14 and are specified in the investigator's appointment; and
(b) must comply with those
provisions in Division 2 of Part 14 that set out requirements with which
authorised officers must comply and that are specified in the
investigator's
appointment.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), a reference to an authorised officer in Division 2 of Part 14 is taken to be a reference to an investigator.
