Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) As soon as practicable after completing an investigation under this Division, an investigator must give a written report about the investigation to the Board.
(2) The report must include—
(a) the investigator's findings about the investigation; and
(b) the investigator's recommendations about any action to be taken in relation to the registered disability worker or disability student who is the subject of the investigation.
