DEAKIN UNIVERSITY ACT 2009 (NO. 71 OF 2009) - SECT 33

    (1)     A university statute or university regulation is not a statutory rule for the purposes of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 .

    (2)     A university statute or university regulation is not a subordinate instrument for the purposes of section 32 of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 .
