ESTATE AGENTS, RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AND OTHER ACTS AMENDMENT (FUNDING) ACT 2024 (NO. 17 OF 2024) - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     This Act except Parts 4, 5 and 6 comes into operation on the day after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     Parts 4, 5 and 6 come into operation on 30 June 2024.
