EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM AMENDMENT (VICTORIAN INSTITUTE OF TEACHING) ACT 2016 (NO. 9 OF 2016) - SECT 13

    (1)     In the note at the foot of section 30(1) of the Working with Children Act 2005 , for "section 2.6.28" substitute "section 2.6.54K".

    (2)     For Note 1 at the foot of section 30(2) of the Working with Children Act 2005 substitute —

"1     The Victorian Institute of Teaching must notify a teacher's employer of the suspension or cancellation of the teacher's registration: see sections 2.6.27(7), 2.6.28B and 2.6.51 of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 .".
