EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM AMENDMENT (DUAL SECTOR UNIVERSITIES) ACT 2013 (NO. 76 OF 2013) - SECT 2

    (1)     This Part and sections 5, 18, 19, 28, 29 and 30 come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     Section 27(1) is taken to have come into operation on 4 December 2012.

    (3)     Section 27(2) is taken to have come into operation on 31 December 2012.

    (4)     The remaining provisions of this Act come into operation on 1 January 2014.
