ELECTRONIC CONVEYANCING (ADOPTION OF NATIONAL LAW) ACT 2013 (NO. 7 OF 2013) - SECT 16

    (1)     In section 4(1) of the Transfer of Land Act 1958 , the definitions of electronic instrument and electronic lodgement network are repealed .

    (2)     In section 4(1) of the Transfer of Land Act 1958 , for the definition of registry instrument substitute —

"" registry instrument" means instrument;".
