    (2)     In section 4.9.4(1A)(a) of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 , for "Agency" substitute "Authority".

    (3)     In section 5.8.1(1)(b) of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 , for "of TAFE" substitute "of a TAFE".

    (4)     In clause 8B of Schedule 5 to the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 , for "including terms" substitute "include terms".
