EDUCATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (ADULT AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2022 (NO. 32 OF 2022) - SECT 48

    (1)     In section 5.2.1(2)(e) of the Principal Act, for "he or she" substitute "the Minister".

    (2)     In section 5.2.1(2)(f) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for "adult education institution" substitute "AMES Australia";

        (b)     for "he or she" substitute "the Minister".
