ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (CONSUMER PROTECTION) ACT 2015 (NO. 49 OF 2015) - SECT 3

Definitions

In section 3 of the Electricity Industry Act 2000 insert the following definition—

""Code of Practice" means a Code of Practice applying to the electricity industry under Part 6 of the Essential Services Commission Act 2001 or under this Act;".
