EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 (NO. 56 OF 2011) - SECT 10
Amendment of section 4—Definition of emergency
In section 4(1) of the Emergency Management Act 1986 , in the
definition of "emergency"—
(a) in paragraph (e) after
"epidemic" insert "or contamination";
(b) in paragraph (f) after "act"
insert "or act of terrorism".
