EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 36 OF 2018) - SECT 60
Definition
In section 60A of the Principal Act, after paragraph (ba) of the definition of
relevant agency insert —
"(bb) a Municipal Emergency Management Planning
Committee;".
