ESSENTIAL SERVICES COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) ACT 2004 (NO 75 OF 2004) - SECT 40

Amendment of section 32—Condition relating to customer-related standards, procedures, policies and practices

In section 32 of the Gas Industry Act 2001 —

(a) in sub-section (1)(b) for "make a determination requiring" substitute "require";

(b) in sub-sections (2), (3) and (4) for "determination" (wherever occurring) substitute "requirement";

(c) in sub-section (4) after "sub-section (1)" insert "as if it were a determination made by the Commission under the Essential Services Commission Act 2001 ".
