ESSENTIAL SERVICES COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) ACT 2004 (NO 75 OF 2004) - SECT 63

Amendment of section 25D—Determination of application

    (1)     In the heading to section 25D of the Grain Handling and Storage Act 1995 for "Determination" substitute "Grant or refusal" .

    (2)     In section 25D(4) of the Grain Handling and Storage Act 1995 for "determine" substitute "decide".
