FIREARMS AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 2 OF 2018) - SECT 31

In section 176 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for "section 153C(1) and the following—" substitute "sections 112F and 153C(1) and this power of delegation.";

        (b)     paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) are repealed .
