FIREARMS AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 2 OF 2018) - SECT 7

Traffickable quantity of unregistered firearms

    (1)     In section 7C(1) of the Principal Act, for "more than 3 firearms" substitute "2 or more firearms".

    (2)     In section 7C(2) of the Principal Act, for
"the 3 firearms" substitute "the 2 firearms".
