FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AMENDMENT (FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSIONER) ACT 2012 (NO. 6 OF 2012) - SECT 20

In section 53A(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (a), after "Minister" insert "or the Freedom of Information Commissioner";

        (b)     in paragraph (c) for "section 50(2)(a)" substitute "section 50(1)(a), (b) or (d)";

        (c)     after "Minister" (where secondly occurring) insert "or the Freedom of Information Commissioner (as the case requires)".
