FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AMENDMENT (OFFICE OF THE VICTORIAN INFORMATION COMMISSIONER) ACT 2017 (NO. 20 OF 2017) - SECT 57

In section 61G(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for "Freedom of Information Commissioner" substitute "Information Commissioner";

        (b)     in paragraph (b), before "Minister" insert "principal officer or".

    (2)     Section 61G(2) of the Principal Act is repealed .
