FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AMENDMENT (OFFICE OF THE VICTORIAN INFORMATION COMMISSIONER) ACT 2017 (NO. 20 OF 2017) - SECT 74

    (1)         In the heading to section 64B of the Principal Act, for " Freedom of Information Commissioner " substitute " Information Commissioner ".

    (2)     In section 64B of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for "or Minister" (where twice occurring) substitute ", principal officer or Minister";

        (b)         for "Freedom of Information Commissioner" substitute "Information Commissioner".
