Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsOn the imprisonment of a person for any reason following the execution of an enforcement warrant, if there are any unsatisfied enforcement warrants outstanding against the imprisoned person, any person to whom such a warrant is directed is not required, in executing the enforcement warrant—
(a) to serve any notice; or
(b) to search for, or seize, any personal property of the imprisoned person.
