FINES REFORM ACT 2014 (NO. 47 OF 2014) - SECT 233

For section 49(3) of the Infringements Act 2006 substitute —

    "(3)     If an enforcement agency withdraws an infringement notice under this Act or the Act or other instrument which establishes the infringement offence for which the infringement notice was served, the enforcement agency must remove the infringement penalty and any prescribed costs for the infringement offence in relation to the withdrawn infringement notice from a person's payment plan.
