Section 40 amended

    (1)     In the heading to section 40 of the Sheriff Act 2009 for " infringement " substitute " enforcement ".

    (2)     In section 40(1)(c) and (2)(b) of the Sheriff Act 2009 for "infringement" substitute "enforcement".
