Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The cessation of any driver and vehicle sanction does not affect the suspension of a driver licence or registration of a vehicle (as the case requires) under any other Part of this Act or under any other Act or law.
(2) A period of suspension or a direction not to renew a driver licence or registration of a vehicle may be concurrent with any other period of suspension or non-renewal under the Road Safety Act 1986 .
