FINES REFORM ACT 2014 (NO. 47 OF 2014) - SECT 94
Cancellation of registration of vehicle registered in name of deregistered body corporate
If the registered operator of a vehicle is a deregistered body corporate, the
Director may direct VicRoads to cancel the registration of that vehicle.
