FINES REFORM AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 59 OF 2017) - SECT 103

Where impracticable to bring person arrested before court

After section 250(1) of the Fines Reform Act 2014 insert —

'(1A) In section 10(1B) of the Bail Act 1977 , for " section 84(5) of the Infringements Act 2006 " substitute "section 115(5) of the Fines Reform Act 2014 ".'.
