FINES REFORM AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 59 OF 2017) - SECT 26

When can an attachment of earnings direction be made?

In section 65(2) of the Fines Reform Act 2014 —

        (a)     in paragraph (b), for "fines." substitute "fines; or";

        (b)     after paragraph (b) insert —

    "(c)     one registered collection and enforcement order; or

        (d)     multiple registered collection and enforcement orders.".
