FAIR TRADING AND OTHER ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 19 OF 2009) - SECT 13

Orders to prohibit payment of money or transfer of other property

(1) After section 154(1)(a) of the Fair Trading Act 1999 insert —

"(ab) an order prohibiting, either absolutely or subject to conditions, the relevant person from parting with possession of, or transferring or encumbering, any of that person's money or property;".

(2) In section 154(1)(b) of the Fair Trading Act 1999 , after "parting with possession of" insert
", or transferring or encumbering,".
