For section 2(3) of the Consumer Credit (Victoria) and Other Acts Amendment Act 2008 substitute —

    "(3)     If sections 4, 5, 5A, 20 and 23 and Parts 5 and 6 do not come into operation before 1 July 2009, they come into operation on that day.".
