FAIR TRADING AND OTHER ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 19 OF 2009) - SECT 4
Section 32V substituted
For section 32V of the Fair Trading Act 1999 substitute —
" 32V Application of Part
This Part does not apply to contractual terms that are required or expressly
permitted by law, but only to the extent required or permitted.".
