FAIR TRADING (ENHANCED COMPLIANCE) ACT 2004 (NO 103 OF 2004) - SECT 21
Power to rescind or vary injunctions
In section 151 of the Fair Trading Act 1999 —
(a) for "The Magistrates' Court"
substitute
"A court"; and
(b) after "section 149" insert "or
149A".
