FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 19 OF 2017) - SECT 34

In section 126 of the Principal Act insert the following definitions—

""approved counselling" means counselling approved under section 133;

"Chief Executive Officer" means the Chief Executive Officer of Court Services Victoria appointed under section 22 of the  Court Services Victoria Act 2014 ;".
