FAMILY VIOLENCE REFORM IMPLEMENTATION MONITOR ACT 2016 (NO. 74 OF 2016) - SECT 1

The main purposes of this Act are—

        (a)     to establish the position of the Family Violence Reform Implementation Monitor; and

        (b)     to provide for the functions, powers and duties of the Family Violence Reform Implementation Monitor.
