FAIR WORK (COMMONWEALTH POWERS) AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 74 OF 2009) - SECT 2

    (1)     Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.

    (2)     If a provision of Part 1, 3 or 4 does not come into operation before 1 July 2010 it comes into operation on that day.
