Persons found in common gaming house or place

    (1)     In the heading to section 2.5.43 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 , for " common gaming house or place " substitute " place provided for unauthorised gambling ".

    (2)     In section 2.5.43 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 , for "common gaming house or place" substitute "place provided for the purposes of unauthorised gambling".
