GAMBLING AND LIQUOR LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (MODERNISATION) ACT 2014 (NO. 56 OF 2014) - SECT 49

    (1)     For the heading to section 4.7.1AA of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 substitute —

" Definition ".

    (2)     In section 4.7.1AA of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 —

        (a)     in the definition of "gambling advertising", for "betting;" substitute "betting.";

        (b)     the definition of wagering service provider is repealed .
