GAMBLING AND LIQUOR LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (MODERNISATION) ACT 2014 (NO. 56 OF 2014) - SECT 57

    (1)     In the penalties at the foot of section 119(1), (2) and (3) of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 , for "60 penalty units" substitute "120 penalty units".

    (2)     In the penalty at the foot of section 119(4) of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 , for "10 penalty units" substitute "20 penalty units".
