In section 2.3.2 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 —

        (a)     in subsection (1)(b), omit "Minister on the recommendation of the";

        (b)     subsection (2) is repealed ;

        (c)     in subsection (3)(c), omit "Minister on the recommendation of the";

        (d)     subsection (4) is repealed .
