Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Commissioner must exercise the powers and perform the functions of the Commissioner under this Act or any other Act subject to any written directions given by the Minister.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in respect of the exercise of powers or the performance of functions by the Commissioner under Division 3, whether generally or in respect of a particular dispute.
