Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) This Act (except Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 3) comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Subject to subsection (3), Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 3 come into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.
(3) If Division 2 or 3 of Part 3 does not come
into operation before 3 October 2024, it comes into operation on that day.
