New Division 8 inserted in Part 3A of Chapter 4
After Division 7 of Part 3A of Chapter 4 of the
Gambling Regulation Act 2003 insert —
" Division 8—General
4.3A.40
Powers of Secretary
The Secretary has all the powers necessary to perform his
or her functions under this Part.".
