GAMBLING REGULATION AMENDMENT (LICENSING) ACT 2008 (NO. 40 OF 2008) - SECT 33

In section 10.6.5 of the Principal Act, in the definition of relevant person —

        (a)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(ca)     the wagering and betting licensee;";

        (b)     after paragraph (d) insert —

    "(da)     the keno licensee;".
